Conference Rooms

The Bio+Tech Center offers event spaces and meeting rooms:

  • Our small conference room is located on the first floor of the Bio+Tech Center. It has a large table and fits 10 people comfortably. There is a conference phone, white board and projector available if needed.
  • Our main conference and event space, the Founders Conference Room, is located on the first floor of the Bio+Tech Center and is well-suited for seminars, trainings, and luncheons and is over 1,800 square feet.

Requests should be submitted at least ten (10) business days in advance of your event. Submission of a request does not guarantee space and some fees may apply depending on the type and time of event. You will receive an email from heather.allen@vabiotech.com with a response to your request. If you have questions in the interim, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the email address listed above.

Our Atrium (located inside the building’s main entrance) is an open space that can be used for small trade shows, cocktail receptions and networking events.
