Delivered in partnership with Fat Robin, Frontier BioHealth meets companies where they are through a flexible engagement model that blends customized content, industry experts and deep connection to the greater Richmond life science and healthcare ecosystems.

Participating companies must have a direct and meaningful presence in Virginia; headquarters, key employees, or operations.

How Does it Work?

Participants will engage in a structured, time-bound accelerator program that includes:

  • Expert-led sessions on commercialization strategy, regulatory pathways, and venture fundraising
  • Intensive coaching on investor readiness, financial modeling, and team building
  • Direct exposure to a Richmond network of mentors, advisors, and early-stage investors
  • Cohort-based collaboration to foster peer learning and community


What does it cost? There are no fees or equity requirements to participate. Activation Capital is a State Authority of Virginia, dedicated to supporting the growth of the Commonwealth’s life sciences economy.
