This committee provides oversight and guidance on the organization’s financial health, audit and compliance matters, investment strategy, and real estate activities. Its purpose is to ensure fiscal responsibility, accountability, and alignment with Activation Capital’s mission.
Finance — Reviews budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to monitor sustainability and resource allocation.
Audit — Oversees external and internal audit processes, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
Investment — Monitors the performance of investment portfolios, sets policy, and makes recommendations on asset allocation and risk management.
Real Estate — Provides direction on property management, leases, capital projects, and long-term real estate strategy for the research and innovation campuses.
The committee meets to review reports, discuss risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to the full board, ensuring strong governance and effective stewardship of resources.
